I need help

So I wrote a review for my zombie pack yesterday and it's not showing up. I went back to write one again and have waited over 20 minutes and it's not popping up. What do I do?

are you sure it’s not registered? check your reviews. You won’t get points for them but they register without notification for me at least .

I'm having the same issue she is having and for over a week now the entire page won't load. they didn't count the review as I'm still getting emails to review or I will no longer get products and Jan 8 they responded that the office is closed until Jan 2nd but I received no other email with their help so I just sent another email. no idea what to do especially when it's out of my control
