🔸Sunscreen is #1 of course😊 Which protects you from the suns harmful UV rays 🚫☀️ (Which are the #1 cause for aging)
🔸& Retinoids- ("Vitamin A"-- An antioxidant) They increase skin cell production and they exfoliate your skin, which increases collagen production- reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. They also help to neutralize free radicals- which helps boost the production of elastin and collagen.
🔸And Vitamin C 🍊- (Also an antioxidant.) That can neutralize free radicals and prevent free radical damage. If you use it with your sunscreen, you'll give your sunscreen a boost of protection to help fight off/neutralize free radicals that come from the sun

1. Sunscreen SPF50+ PA+++: This is the most important because this helps you to reduce free radicals on your skin and prevents premature anti-aging.
2. Retinol: The retinoids are great because they work help to synthesize collagen and improve discoloration. By the way, sometimes less is more. So if you are looking start with retinoids is the percentage so If you are starting less is more.
3. Vitamin C: Ascorbic Acid is a well-known ingredient because is a very powerful antioxidant but works more in the superficial skin cells. Using Vitamin C + Sunscreen SPF50+ is a great COMBO.
4. Hyaluronic Acid: This is a powerful moisturizing ingredient that helps to maintain the natural skin barrier that is super important to maintain a healthy skin barrier to prevent wrinkles.
5. Coenzyme Q10: Another powerful antioxidant and moisturizing ingredient too.
These are only some of my favorites. I hope this can be useful to you.🌿

Ingredients like ginseng, collagen, peptides are also good for wrinkles and fine lines besides the usual Vit C, sunscreen & retinoids.

I love these antioxidants! They help repair and prevent damage from free radicals and are usually less likely to cause irritation to your skin than the superstars Vitamin A & C.
Ferulic Acid
Resveratrol
