Maintaining the stress free, eating healthy food, rest well, drink enough, and meet a doctor to get prescription meds for stabilizes the hormon.. these thing help
Just from my experience, i could survive a hormonal acne only when im mentally and physically healthy before my periods came

the only thing that help me with cystic/hormonal acne is Evening Primrose Oil tablets.

I took it together with Vit C/Multivitamins before but thats it, not sure with the other ones. Also, the bottle says take 2 per day, I only took it once a day cos I feel like it's a lot, but it still does a great job on me. I no longer get cystic acne, before I would get it literally every month!
