If you haven't tried already, you could try and use a silicone gel patch. They work best on new scars (I used one on mine when I first had it and it helped fade it so it didn't look so angry)  but I  hear they do still help a little on old ones too.

I spent hours looking through discussion posts to see what new products I can try go get rid of ugly hypertrophic scaring on my back and surgical keloids on breast.
