Double cleansing with a good oil cleanser or balm should help with the filaments and the tiny black dots. For the bumps I’d recommend an exfoliator like aha or bha. Doing both of those things has helped my skin a lot.

I recommend on using BHAs (Salicylic Acid). They help exfoliate the skin and also clears pores of any oil and bacteria that can lead to sebaceous filaments.
Also, double cleansing is a must! This makes sure that any sunscreen or makeup is properly removed. It can also help with sebaceous filaments. Start the first cleanse using an oil-based cleanser (oil cleansers, cleansing balms). The second cleanse is a water-based cleanser
