HII I am still investigating hair oils so I cannot recommend you one yet. But if you have one already use it and then when you brush you hair use a boar hair bristle brush. Start from the ends and work your way up. Ive noticed less frizz at the top of my hair as the boar hair absorbs the oil a bit and evenly spreads it through my hair without making it look greasy!

My hair has been thick and frizzy all my adult life. I agree on the microfiber towel, it does help. You can use a satin pillow case to help overnight. Most of the time I have to use a flat iron to smooth it out. Here are some products that I’ve used and liked. Depending on how long your hair is, you can also use a roll brush while blow drying. It can smooth and give bounce to hair.
Also Kenra have a spray called Platinum Blow Dry Spray you use before blow drying. It helps to smooth the hair, and cuts down on drying time as well.
