I’ve always taken good consistent care of my hair. I oil my hair before wash day, I use good shampoos and hair masks with a bond repair. I also use the Purology leave in conditioner heat protectant before drying my hair. I never miss any steps. 

Is there a reason why with my consistent maintenance my hair would start feeling fried and dead seemingly out of nowhere? I couldn’t deal with the damage so I just gave myself a big chop. I’m trying to grow healthy hair back asap. Does anyone have any idea why this happens and solutions to this? 

FYI: I had colored and highlighted hair with the length of it past my boobs. The last time I bleached my hair was 6 months ago at the salon. I get highlights once a year. And I’ve always had long hair. And yes, I consistently trim my hair myself.

For context I have 5 different toners and I’m questioning if that’s even necessary. I’m currently on a no-buy ban for all makeup and skincare. I think I’m aiming to narrow down  my skincare and makeup so that I feel less overwhelmed.

For context I have over 70 lipsticks now along with a many other makeup products and I’m currently on a no-buy ban for all makeup and skincare. I think I’m aiming to narrow down my lip products to 30.

I have a foundation that’s starting to smell a bit weird. It’s not necessarily unpleasant. I just don’t remember it smelling it like that. It’s not expired yet according to the expiration date. It still applies well and looks good on the skin. Should I keep my foundation or toss it?

Is my foundation expired before it’s expired?

What are your thoughts on copper peptides? I want to take my skincare to a new level after exploring with Vitamin C, AHA, BHA, Retinol, and etc. I’ve heard mix reviews (growing facial hair) on this which make some feel hesitant to try despite all the good benefits I’ve heard it comes with. Anyone with experience can let me know how copper peptides improved your skin?

Does copper peptides make your skin glow or make your mustache grow?

It can be a bit drying during the winter months if you live in extremely dry and cold climates like I do. But this is my holy grail and there are no other negatives.

One of my favorite bronzers. As I have sensitive and acne proned skin, I love that this is talc-free. Not only do my skin love the ingredients, it is trul gone of the best bronzers I’ve ever used. It blends beautiful into the skin and looks super natural. It’s no wonder it’s an Hollywood staple. Holy grail find!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this. I’m usually a cream blush lover, but this blush has truly blown my mind. It is one of my favorite matte blushes (or in general). It doesn’t give you skin a dull look like you would probably think of when you think of “matte”. If gives your skin a very beautiful sheen while keeping your makeup blurred. Truly a beautiful formula!

Note: Mine is not shade 01 Silky Rose, but 07 True Pink.
