This eye cream is made of pearl powder, coffee seed, and botanical extracts, which all help reduce the appearance of dark circles in various ways, so I know for sure that this product is actually trying to reduce the appearance of my dark circles. I got the small size (3ml/0.1 fl oz). The packaging and size is perfect for on-the-go/travel if you need to apply it for a week or two. It fits perfectly in any small bag or clutch.

The cream was lightweight, very concealer-like, and spreads easily. I would recommend that your face is semi-dry or completely dry before applying. The cream has a very light smell that is not noticeable unless you intentionally try to smell it. I could barely detect a musky-ish scent after applying the cream on my fingers.

It’s kind of amazing what adding an extra step in your routine can do. I’ve been using Allwayscurly’s leave-in conditioner for about a week and the changes are mind blowing! My hair has been damaged and frizzy from constant bleaching and coloring, but it feels super soft with just 3-5 pumps of this conditioner every day.

Bubble’s Slam Dunk moisturizer is  lightweight, so it’s easy to apply more without feeling “greasy”. On days that my skin is oily, I use less pumps, and on days that my skin is dry, I’ll apply more. I have no worries since I know my skin will come up hydrated and moisturized.

This moisturizer is made of aloe leaf juice, Hoya Lucunosa flower extract, avocado oil, and vitamin E. It does not only offer bluelight protections but all of these ingredients help boost the hydration of dry skin.

Moreover, the brand itself is affordable for students, vegan, and cruelty-free. If you’re in the market for starter skincare, this could be the one for you.

I noticed when I used this cleansing oil to remove eye makeup, my vision got cloudy. Not sure if this is concerning or normal, but after washing it off, my vision was clear again

When you start adding a cleansing oil to your routine, don’t leave it on for too long. I recommend about 1 minute per round (round 1: massaging in the oil, round 2: emulsifying, and round 3: foam cleanser).

After washing my hands, I use about 2-3 pumps depending on whether or not I wore makeup that day to do an oil massage. I have tried leaving it on longer, but I believe that tends to break me out, so my golden rule is to massage each round for about a minute and move on to the next step.

This oil cleanser utilizes 3 key ingredients: a 14 Plant-Oriented Oil, Argan Kernel Oil, and Jojoba Seed Oil. Each of these oils are known to be helpful for dissolving impurities, nourishes and hydrates the skin, supports skin regeneration, and prevents your skin from being stripped of its natural oils.

Overall, my experience with this oil cleanser has helped reduced my acne and left my skin feeling really soft. If anyone is looking for a starter oil cleanser to add to their routine, I would recommend trying this one.

This cleanser has a soft and foamy-whipped cream texture that lathers very quickly as soon as you apply water. You honestly need less than what you think you need because it lather ups really quick and spreads nicely.

The cleanser contains four types of acids (AHA, BHA, PHA, LHA) and rice bran extract to remove dead skin cells and sebum, which has been doing wonders for my skin. After washing it off, it leaves my skin feeling refreshed, soft, and tightened. After a couple days of usage, I noticed how it reduced the size of my pores and cleared up my acne faster than ever. 

I personally don’t have sensitive skin, but the 
cleanser feels so soft and natural to use. I did not get any tingling or burning sensations at all, but you should always do a small patch test before you commit.

This cleanser is made of PHA acids, red algae extract, aloe leaf juice, caffeine, spearmint extract, and lavender flower water. All of these ingredients have helped reduce the oil production of my skin, while ensuring that it’s  clean and hydrated.

Moreover, the brand itself is affordable for students, vegan, and cruelty-free. If you’re on the market for starter skincare, this could be the one for you.
