Few days ago I received the Skin1004 ampoule as a result of winning Picky×Skin1004 giveaway, yay!🎉 Never knew anyone who won any giveaways and never expected to win one myself 🤷🏻‍♀️
Currently, my routine is not very organized or targeting any exact problems, it's just there for my skin to be in okay-ish condition. I've also never used any ampoules or serums so arrival of giveaway prize made me think whether I'm satisfied with my current routine.
I'd like to ask the Picky community for advice on changing or organising my routine in a better way, thanks in advance and sorry for the muddled message 😅🥰

Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule and overall routine

I'm not usually the one to post discussions about new giveaways but the reason I'm doing this is that two products caught my attention - Waterful Calming Serum and Coconut Moisturizing Cleansing Balm.
I've stopped applying for every giveaway event here because despite the enjoyment of trying new products and, let's be honest, getting them for free, I have never gotten a holy grail product and I think it's only fair to give up my chance in order for someone else to win. Plus I have to think of the taxes and ecological effects shipping from (usually) Korea has.
Now, I wanted to apply for the products mentioned above and to my surprise, they had no reviews and barely any picks on here. Also, I'm quite hesitant about coconut and eucalyptus oil, which were listed in Coconut balm's ingredients so I wanted to get opinions on whether these products are worth it.
Do these oils have a negative effect on oily skin? If yes, is it still the case when you use the product in the cleanisng step? I have never used them before.
Do you usually research about the products before applying for giveaways? What influences your decision?

Opinion on HueCalm products

My friend has recently bought this sunscreen and since it's quite new on the market, we could barely find any info on it and there's like 5 reviews on the whole internet 🙃
Thought I'd try shouting out here. Has anyone tried it? What are your thoughts so far?
In particular, we are concerned whether it's waterproof or not. Will it suffice for a day in a swimming pool?

Any thoughts on Frudia's What's Wrong suncream?

I assume most of us know that Some By Mi has these nice miniature sets that we can purchase to try out the products and see whether we like them. They have sets of 30 days Miracle, Yuja Niacin, Truecica, and Super Matcha lines.
I am intending to gift my friend a 30 days Miracle Serum (tagged below) because she liked it when she was trying it out in the set. But she wants to get a cleansing bar and a toner from that line as well and that's where I'm concerned.
How is a person supposed to incorporate the serum, the toner and the bar in their routine? Are they supposed to use one in AM and the other in PM? Or use them every other day? But isn't the skin barrier going to be compromised by that? It seems like too much and I'm confused there 😄 
Asking out of curiosity and also looking out for a friend so I'd really appreciate your opinion
P.S. I myself use only the toner out of this line because other products didn't catch my eye and I use it every other night 🤗

Somebymi Miracle Line - using all at once?

I never had like a really bad case of facial hair, even though it's quite dark and therefore visible. Most of the time I'd get my brows and forehead threaded (above lips area on occasion). But once I tried threading my whole face it kinda change my life - both positively and negatively. My skin was another level of smoothness, my face looked cleaner and I loved that my esthetician cleaned up my sideburns too. Ont the other hand, boy, was my skin irritated! They put Aloe Vera soothing gel on my face right after threading but I still experienced hundreds of small bumps all over my face in parts I never had them before. By the time I managed to calm that down, the hair grew out again lol
So my questions are:
1. Is face waxing a better option of facial hair removal? How about dermaplanning and depilatory creams? It was actually hard to find these small facial razors where I live.
2. Is there any way to completely avoid irritation and small bumps in case of threading? Like a to-do list for before and after the procedure.
I tried searching on Picky app and on the internet but somehow most people are interested in dermaplanning and it looks like hardly anyone gets anything threaded anymore haha 😄 So I'd really appreciate it if you shared your tips and experience ❤️

Facial hair how to's

Later it got as oily as, I guess, any regular sunscreen is. By the pictures you can&#39;t really tell or maybe I&#39;m too sensitive to oily feeling on my face but I can&#39;t take it. I kept it in a dark place in my room so I don&#39;t think it changed it&#39;s chemical features because of wrong storing. Anyways I&#39;m very sad about that.

When I first started using it I thought &quot;this is it. This is the sunscreen I&#39;m going to stick to for the rest of my life&quot;. It absorbed quickly, it left a natural finish, no white cast, it smells good amd not annoying. Texture is cream-ish but does spread easily.

Ingredients: Tea tree oil & extract - fighting acne, Vitamin B, Gesolza™ - calming and soothing. Do consider that tea tree oil may cause inflammation and purging if you have sensitivity to it.

Cons: Most of these I mentioned in texture & scent section - soapiness, tightening, tackiness. Also, due to its gel texture, it's becoming hard to get a full dropper, as well as it increases the usage. So the 30ml bottle for around $21 may last me not more 6 weeks of daily usage.

Repurchase? No. Unimpressed and it's expensive for what it does and how long it lasts.

I received this product for free from Picky and COMMONLABS in exchange for my honest review. 
Packaging: minimalistic box, I like the design approach as well as the colour of the ampoule's glass.
Texture & scent: texture looks like gel but it turns runny and watery on the skin, absorbs quickly. Strong scent of tea tree oil which disappears few minutes after application. Heads-ups: sometimes I felt my skin tighten and if I applied it too much, it leaves a tacky feeling. I also experienced some foaming in my face and I still can't figure out what may have caused it.

Overall performance: I like using this ampoule, I like applying it on my skin - it gives some cooling and I can feel how it soothes my skin irritated from pimple popping. Other than that, I haven't noticed significant improvement of my spots and pimples and I usually don't often get them on order to judge its preventing ability. I also didn't notice any real sebum production control.

Won&#39;t buy again, because I didn&#39;t see much of improvement here. It just helped me to maintain whatever I had achieved with previous exfoliating toner.

Well I don&#39;t really see the exfoliation and other results of using it on my face, maybe it&#39;s too mild for my resilient skin. At least I don&#39;t get any huge pimples and spots while using it, so I think it works, just not that noticeably, it just keeps the skin in alright condition

Obviously feels just a slightest bit oily on skin after application but I could get used to it and it&#39;s not a turn off for me considering all its advantages.

My holy grail product!
I use it as a moisturizer since I live in hot and humid climate and my skin is oily combination and it works wonders, I got rid of dehydration and it heals my skin after I couldn&#39;t resist popping a pimple out.

But that brings point of my concern to the light: Deoproce is not worldwidely accessible or known brand, and it's really cheap (~$5-6.5), so I can't help but wonder, does it protect to the extent it claims to? Does it really have SPF of 50 and PA+++? Welp, I dunno how to find out. Aside from this, I really don't like the pump on the sunscreen, because it makes it harder for me, but that's just my pet peeve.

It's ridiculously cheap and is great for its price overall, because it's matte/natural, NOT drying, faint pleasant smell, and you just get oily as you usually would, with just your moisturizer on, it's really lightweight. I can apply it after serum/toner and not feel dried out throughout the whole day. It didn't break me out, the cooling feeling doesn't even last for long, which is good for me, and the scent is not annoying me. A+ on all aspects, right?
