I do not understand the hype with this product. It was marketed as a cleansing oil to remove makeup from your face, however IT STINGS THE EYES SOOOO BAD. Honestly this is the worst product out of all the cleansing balms/oils I have tried. You cannot properly remove mascara and liner from your waterline because it burns the eyes. It also leaves a weird residue when washing off, even if you wash off with cleanser.

I like how it emulsifies into a creamy texture. Other than that, there's not much to love.

Nothing bad in my experience so far. The fragrance, however can be polarizing to some people. But since I love everything rose-scented, this one works for me

Very effective in melting away makeup and oil that cannot be washed away by your average cleanser  i highly recommend double cleansing (cleansing balm + gel cleanser) to rid your skin of impurities, especially if you live in a highly polluted area. The dirt particles in the air get trapped in your skin and this product helps get rid of it.

The scent is good, but it is too strong. It also feels sticky on the skin when you apply it.

It moisturizes the skin. For facial use, I'd rate it 3 stars because it is quite uncomfortable on the skin. I use it now for my underarms and I will rate it 4 stars for underarm use.

The fragrance is quite strong, which some people may not like. I personally enjoy the scent, as rose is my favorite fragrance.

I use this product at night because I find that it is extremely moisturizing. It contains niacinamide, which is really great to use in conjunction with retinol.

It is a cream, which means that the consistency is thicker, fit for night time use.

It contains retinol, which may cause your skin to break out like mine did, but that's just part of the process.

I have been using this product for 3 weeks now. My skin is still getting used to retinol. The first time I used it, I did break out a bit, especially on my forehead and chin. It has cleared up now, and I noticed my skin looks better than when I first used it.

It is fragrance-free and on the thicker side for a serum.
