It is a very smooth product that does not feel oily or greasy. The applicator is very unique but holds product well to remove mascara. I have not had a issue with the Kiss ME Heroine Eye Remover unable to remove any mascaras: This is by far a holy grail.


I have been using this for over 3 months and do not see a single flaw with it nor have I noticed any eye infections or irritations when this remover got into my eye. So far the product did not run out yet and is staying strong. Even though it is a small tube and you keep using the same applicator to remove mascara, I have not noticed this product decreasing it's productivity. I just with the retinol was a bit stronger as it takes a bit of time to see improvement!

This is a very much a trust the process product as I did start to break out a bit when I first began using it but after I noticed a lot of scaring and active acne sites began to go away. Even though it is a retinol product, I did not experience dryness or flaky skin which is a plus! I have combination skin and my skin was fine for both the oily areas and dry areas: this retinol is super soothing for those with sensitive skin. Below are the before and after shots of a 2 week difference using this product and I highly recommend it to anyone. The serum is light and not sticky, and applies seamlessly!

Holy grail product! I have been using this product for 3 years straight as I always find myself breaking out from other toners. This is soothing, sensitive and affordable. Not many people use this brand/ it has not gone viral but the formula is absolutely amazing and it does not irritate the skin at all. I used this toner while I was on retinol and it was amazing on the skin. I always find myself reaching back for this toner as it is very reliable. I used to have terrible acne but as I started using this toner in mix with a serum, I achieve the clear, glassy skin.
