Can I layer this product with retinol?

I use retinol at night, and below is my current routine. I dont see any progress after 1 month of this routine, should i change? I dont breakout either. I want to buy purito centella uncented serum, is this good for calming redness and red acne marks?? My acne doesnt feel itchy, i think its under my skin :( what should i change??

I'm currently using keep soothe bamboo serum, etude house soon jung toner, gentle facial wash, aza 20 it contains azelaic acid 20%(been using it for 2 days). do you have any recommendation for my acne around jawline? i think its hormonal acne :(
