Massive Haul

I just got this email, I was never notified that I won the giveaway in the first place.

If you have really dry skin or an actual compromised skin barrier this by itself is not enough. 

I received this product for free from Picky and PURITO in exchange for my honest review.

Not super thick or emollient even though it's advertised for dry and sensitive skin. Which makes it usable for people with normal to oily skin. Very spreadable, a little feels like it goes a long way. 

Contains five different types of ceramides (5,000ppm) to help rebuild the skin's natural barrier and soothe any irritation caused by dryness. 

The pump packaging makes it easy to dispense and it's easier to use than creams in jar packaging. Also this is 100ml which is much more cost efficient. 

Overall a good no frills moisturizer for a lot of people. 

Like the BOJ sunscreen it's not the most oily skin friendly. I think it's fine on my combination skin but my forehead does get greasy like an oil slick after a couple of hours.

This a beautiful Korean chemical sunscren that utilizes four chemical filters; Uvinul A Plus, Uvinul T 150, Tinosorb M, and Iscotrizinol. Honestly speaking this is very similar to the BOJ sunscreen, so if you like that you'll probably like this sunscreen. 

But if you didn't like the BOJ sunscreen because it stung your skin. This one doesn't sting your skin I'm happy to report. At least not for me anyways. 

Reapplication wise it's very similar to the BOJ one as well, it feels like it absorbs the extra grease on the skin and doesn't feel too stuffy or heavy. 

It's not as hydrating and as such, requires multiple layers when using this as a standalone essence/serum.

Recently @bentoncosmetic renewed multiple products, including their best-selling essence. Let's see what has changed!

In terms of user experience, this is for people who don't like the typical texture of products that contain snail mucin but still want to incorporate snail mucin into their routine. If you're not a fan of that stringy, slimy, goopy texture usually associated with snail products, this goes on smooth and thin and absorbs quickly. The pump makes it easy to dispense the product. I use three pumps for my entire face and neck. 

I would recommend this to all skin types. The lightweight gel consistency provides a cooling sensation that helps calm inflammation, which is optimal for people who suffer from acne. It's mildly hydrating, nothing too crazy you'll need several layers if you want maximum hydration. If you're trying to obtain peak hydration, I recommend applying a thick layer of this and a sheet mask to lock in that juicy goodness. 

Overall, if you're looking for an all-in-one essence, I recommend this product as it does help target the reduction of inflammation and hyperpigmentation. It also mildly helps with anti-aging while mildly hydrating the skin. 

I don't think this would function well as a sleeping pack for people who have dry skin. Typically sleeping packs are quite emollient and thicker.

This is a gel type sleeping pack that is supposed to lock in the moisture and prevent water loss during the night leaving your skin feeling nice and supple when you wake up. 

Honestly I think this functions more as a gel moisturizer than a sleeping pack. I think this would be perfect for combination to oily folks during the summer since it does feel cooling upon initial application.

The texture is lightweight and sinks into the skin fast, it does leave a slightly tacky finish but nothing that's unbearable.

Lightweight hydrating ampoule that is high in antioxidant properties. Delivers lightweight hydration and soothing properties onto the skin without feeling too heavy or greasy.

The high antioxidant level in this product makes it great to be paired with a Vitamin C product in the morning. 

No added fragrance or alcohol in this formula. Easy to use as well due to the tube packaging.
