Does anybody have any recs for a good body cream for saggy/loose skin (weight loss)? Having trouble finding a body cream with collagen/peptides/retinol/vit c/etc I don’t need a whole cocktail of ingredients but at least two would be nice

Im sorry it’s super late rn and I just posted this on my Instagram too and maybe I’m just out of the loop but I was feeling motivated to work on my “expirations list” and I had to whip out google for CeraVe and this is all I found?? Maybe this is totally normal it kinda just blew my mind though lol does anyone have any input!!

For anyone wondering, this is what can happen when you don’t wear sunscreen while using products that increase photosensitivity. This girl was using tretinoin and stayed out in the sun the whole day with no sunscreen, this is what her face looked like four days after. 

Lack of sun protection doesn’t just speed up aging or darken scars, it causes skin cancers and second or third degree sunburns that can cause permanent damage and scarring to your skin and fatty tissue. It is so so SO important to wear sunscreen, not just cosmetically, but for your health. 

You should always wear sunscreen no matter how your skincare routine looks, but chemical exfoliants are the main culprits for causing increased sun sensitivity. If you use any of the following ingredients be EXTRA VIGILANT about your sun protection. 
•Hydroquinone
•AHAs
•BHA
•Retinols+Retinoids
•Benzoyl peroxide 

And don’t forget sunscreen is not 100% effective and you can’t rely on it to protect you by itself, even when you reapply regularly. Wear sunglasses, a floppy hat or visor for extra protection when you’re out in the sun. 

Prevention is better than treatment!!!!

Does anyone know what happened to having Rewards? It’s all always giveaways now. Which is cool I’m glad there’s enough giveaways to give more chances to people who aren’t PS or SPS, but at this point it feels meaningless to have a badge. We don’t really get to use it for anything anymore. Picky had JUST made their Picky Rewards Instagram before all the rewards went away. Idk I just hope they come back or give an answer as to where they went.

🌐For some reason, it is not easy on my skin whatsoever ever. The first time I used it, it felt a little tingly around my mouth after I began to lather. The day after I used it and it was the same but a little more irritating. My skin was starting to feel way too dry and rough and I noticed more closed comedones. 
I gave it a three day break tried it one more time, and it stung my entire face very badly. I decided that was enough and put it away. 

🌐I’m really bummed it didn’t work out for me, especially since I’m not sure how I can repurpose the rest of this since there’s so much left.

🌐This cleanser is a very thick oil, almost gel texture, and and has a very quick and airy lather. 
Staring Glycerin, Calendula, and Colloidal Oatmeal, this cleanser is supposed to be both effective at removing dirt, oils, sunscreen, and makeup, but also gentle enough for sensitive skin. 

🌐It was very effective as promised, I don’t wear makeup but it removed my sunscreen very well, and left my skin feeling squeaky clean (👎)


It is pretty liquidy so I need like 3 or 4 drops instead of 1 or 2 like i normally do to get even distribution and sometimes to spills or drips out of my hands if I’m not quick enough. On occasion it will make my face a bit red but nothing more than that.

KEY INGREDIENTS: Propolis 70%, Hippophae Rhamnoides Fruit Extract (aka sea buckthorn, source of vitamin c) 12%, niacinamide, adenosine
TEXTURE: The serum is quite liquidy, not thick at all, but it isn’t greasy and sinks in fairly quick
Scent: I detect zero scent, and it is fragrance free
MY EXPERIENCE: As I’ve said in previous posts, I’m fairly inexperienced when it comes to vitamin c serums, but I do think this is my favorite so far. I love Propolis as an ingredient so I really appreciate a product that is multi beneficial to cut back on steps. I’ve DEFINITELY noticed a lot of brightening and fading of PIE over the last few weeks and this serum not burns or irritates or stings. It definitely helps soothe the redness and anger of any active acne I have. But overall I’m very impressed with this product because I’m usually not that into vitamin c but I love to use this one and can definitely see myself repurchasing. It is fairly hydrating, gentle and super effective. It’s actually at a very affordable price point. (You can find it on yesstyle and use my link&amp;code to save some money on your order 😉)
RECOMMEND TO: All skin types!

I seriously dont think theres anything bad about this product. Might not be enough for my skin in winter but that’s it. 

Tbh I’ve tried this and the hyalu-cica toner and serum from sample sachets, so I know I loved this already. This has serumy texture, very light gel that melts into the skin and spreads around easily. It has an immediate cooling effect and a pretty natural finish, but I’m 100% still soft and moisturized the morning after. It has a really light and clean ocean scent, similar to the toner and serum in the line. 
I’ve actually started using this as a day moisturizer under the SPF from this line, because it’s so light but packed with hydration. I use a thinner layer because they’re both v nourishing, and even though it’s full of HA, I find it works better for me on dry skin. Would I repurchase? Absolutely, summertime only tho.

I only have good things to say about this product! 

As someone with fairly sensitive skin and who also uses prescription acne treatments, my skin is the perfect test subject to try out the calming abilities of this ampoule. My skin is most sensitive at night; after a shower, after using an acne treatment, and after a long day out of the house, so I made sure to use this ampoule after all of these scenarios. 
I added it into my nighttime routine only, and the first time I used it, it felt odd. My sensitive areas around my mouth and eyes felt soothed but my forehead felt tingly. This did go away after the third or fourth use. The more I use it, the more I notice the results. I can see the redness fade away and it immediately calms my irritated and sensitive areas. It honestly exceeded my expectations because I’ve never had a product work wonders in seconds like this. 
It is a watery ampoule, easy to incorporate into the early steps of your routine, and absorbs super quick with no tacky finish. Feels deeply hydrating and doesn’t have a scent to it. The packaging is great, I really love pumps more than pipettes so I like knowing I’m not using too much or too little. One pump is the perfect amount to pat around the face. I feel like with continued use of this ampoule my skin started to retain moisture a lot better and became a little less reactive to intense acne treatments. I would definitely recommend this to anybody struggling with sensitive or reactive skin, dry or oily skin types would enjoy this one. I’ve tried really hard to find the tiniest flaw in this product and I can’t!

I’m gonna say this one is for very dry and very sensitive skin only, I can definitely see it overwhelming your skin if it doesn’t lack oil production. My acne hasn’t responded negatively to this cream but it may not be the best option for acne prone skin.

This cream is super thick and rich, and has that honey-skincare smell. It’s one you should dot around your face to apply, or it might be too difficult to spread. It is INTENSELY moisturizing though, even for my dry skin this is a night only cream. 
It has such a beautiful way of sucking the redness out and nourishing my skin, starring HONEY ofc, beeswax, sunflower oil, and almond oil. It has a kind of balmy/waxy finish, I find it really helps keep the moisture in all night, so a sleep mask or slugging is not necessary. 
You can use this moisturizer as a regular cream or for extra dry and irritated spots of your body, burns, cuticles, cracked feet, gentle enough for under eyes, and even works as a lip balm. 
We’ve all been fooled by products that say “may be applied to lips” and then it tastes like straight chemicals and you can’t get it off and sticks to your tongue and lips. This one really tastes normal, it’s an absolute pleasure to rub some of this in my lips while I apply it to the rest of my face. It’s not a strong taste, a little sweet and warm, tastes like it’s meant for lips!
