I've been using this toner for 2 weeks already. It has a lightweight milky consistency that is not greasy and sticky on the skin. It has no fragrance that is really nice because some people are irritated with fragrance. I have seen that it brightened...
The packaging is cute, but I am not really a fan of its packaging. I find it hard to dispense the product out.
