You need to read the instruccions. The sheet mask comes with a blue thing attach to it to keep the form of the sheet. DO PEEL the blue thing until you have the sheet on your face

one and only sheet mask from Abib which i had tried that would give brightening effect on the skin . it contained niacinamide which was great for dark spots, brightening and controlling excess sebum . with panthenol and centella asiatica ingredients...
its fragrance too strong and my redness spots also feeling stinging and burning sensation . its essence not perfectly absorbed into the skin even i had left it on my face 20 min . it really took some min to fully absorb .
