This toner caused my skin to break out, and I didn’t notice any huge differences in my skin since using this product

Snail Bee High Content Skin
A lightweight, watery toner that contains high amounts of snail mucin along with bee venom and herbal extracts. It does well to hydrate the skin and leave it prepared for the next steps of my routine.
The first few days using it I felt my face getting warm for about 30 minutes. But it subsided and I didn't have any visible irritation.
