To those who have dry skin/cant tolerate high concentration of niacinamide, you can go for this serum! It doesnt cause any purging or drying to the skin compared to 10% one. After 2months of daily use, it does helps to lighten those hyperpigmentation...
It has thick and slightly sticky consistency, so i will wait it fully absorbed to the skin only proceed to other products
