The primary benefit for this toner is soothing the skin rather than hydrating. So if you are looking for intense hydration, this is basically not meant for you. However, I do admit that the hydration level will increase with layering method

Not irritating, lightweight, and effective. I really liked this toner and I probably will repurchase in the future if I donโt find an even more outstanding toner.
You may need multiple layers to get a super good result.
