It is effective according to it's claim. It really moisturize my skin and making my skin more balanced. So far from the mediheal's sheet mask, I really like the N.M.F series💕

a life saver when my skin is dehydrated. the sheet mask is covered with lots of serums, i usually used the residue for my neck and body. my skin feels supple the next morning.
since my skin is combination to oily, i can only use this alone without any other skincare products or it will make my skin oilier.
