Kalau ditarik mundur sebelum tahun 2016, beauty brand lokal tuh bekum masif kayak sekarang. Literally bisa disebut cuma mustika ratu, sari ayu, wardah, sisanya yaaaa brand impor semua. Tapi beda nih dengan seksrang yang wow brand lokal mulai merajai tanah air. 

Pastinya bangga dong, tapi di satu sisi aku merasa brand lokal ini kompetisinya kurang sehat untuk bumi dan dompetku ya? Semua berlomba-lomba keluarin lip tint glossy, satu keluarin skincare semua ikutan, sampe brand makeup pun jajal skincare. Belum lagi brand yang launching tiap 2 minggu 😭 Pengen sih beli tapi skincare di rumah masih numpuk. Menurut kalian gimana nih dengan perkembangan dan kompetisi beauty brand lokal? 

Menurutku pribadi sih harus mulai ngerem dan meningkatkan kualitas daripada kuantitas yah, yuk, kasih opini kamu di bawah 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

Beauty Brand Lokal = Fast Beauty?

The price is ✨hefty✨ for an eye cream.

Quite thick in texture but sink in quite quick. Did a good job at keeping my eye areas hydrated. One bottle later, I see visible result, especially on dark undereyes.

THIS GIVES YOU ✨ GLOW ✨ even though this serum didn’t break me out or feel tacky at all, the glow is too much for me and it pills under the sunscreen. So i stopped using this on my face to my body instead.

This serum has more viscous texture, reminds me of honey or sugary syrup. But honestly, the texture is mindblowing! At first I thought it will feel like water, turns out it bursts in my skin and feels like water-in-oil. Definitely a new experience of using honey/propolis based serum! 

Still too strong for my skin. I limit it once a month because I don’t want my skin irritated. It had grainy texture (I guess the chickpeas) but it was make this product feel less luxurious.

Absolutely best chemical peel ever. Didn’t make my skin irritated nor any redness, a better choice than The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2%. Stronger than Paula’s Choice AHA 25% + BHA 2%.

It has slight blue tint, didn’t transfer to my skin and I have no problem with synthetic colorants but some people might find it annoying. 

I got this product for free by Picky and this review is 100% my honest review & my appreciation post for Picky & By Ecom. This serum has Liquidy texture, almost water-like. Absorbed quite fast on my skin, left a sheen glow and didn’t feel tacky at all. It felt so nice on my skin especially after retinol night. 

Oil-based so this sunscreen ia definitely not for those oily skin people in the tropical climate. And the downside as mineral sunscreen is WHITE CAST ✨ OMG so white even on my NC20 skin 🥲 And it takes a full round of rosary prayer to blend it evenly 🤣🤣🤣

Mineral sunscreen with zinc oxide and titanium oxide. Oil-based sunscreen so it will be super hydrating and gives you nice glow especially in the winter.
