Brightening/tone-up skin texture. The orange packaging is appealing, however, it can be difficult to dispense the serum out of the dropper. The upside is you only need a little to cover the face since it glides on easily. My dry skin is happy with this serum, it's cooling and refreshing. As for the brightening effect, I think it does that.
