A simple hydrating toner that works for every skin type. In my normal skin it’s well-hydrating through 2 or more layers (I didn’t really satisfied with just 1 layer). Oily skim will be benefited since it’s really lightweight. Yet, it soothe & freshen up skin. Easy absorbed & didn’t leave tackiness on skin. Very simple & comfortable to use during the day. Contains Hyacross that claims better that usual Hyaluronic Acid. Also contains marine collagen & galactomyces. No wonder if this toner can hydrate, brighten & make skin plumpy.
