What is a face balm? I had the exact same question. The instructions say it&#39;s a cleanser and a moisturizer so I was intrigued. You only need to use very little but the lemony scent makes you want to use more. 

I might be using it incorrectly but I love how it helps and it&#39;s very hydrating so I enjoy this product. I put it on in the shower, massage in and gently cleanses off. It leaves my skin ultra smooth
