This is a local variety of the famous differin gel. My derm prescribed me this. I did not get much dryness at first. During the first months, my acne increased significantly which is a usual effect of this topical medicine. I just stick to my routine and prescriptions and after a few months, my breakout get better each day thanks to this product. Ive used i think 6 of these before switching to another brand. Ill still be grateful to this product. It really works. Now i love adapalene so much
