Kaytie626 review for Keep Your Balance Toner

Elf is one of my favorite affordable amd accessible beauty brands. I had to give this toner a try. I love the packaging. It is a pretty blue color and has a twist top and the lids has a super tiny hole where the toner comes out of. This toner includes hylauronic acid, aloe, and witch hazel. It is is a very thin, clear liquidy toner. There are no parabens, no sulfates, and no phtalates. It is supposed to supposed to balance the ph of the slim to make it feel soft, refreshed amd smooth. It does have a light fragrence so be careful if you have super sensitive skin. I have used this several times and it is not the worst but it is not my favorite either. The toner does absorb into the skin as soon as you start massagjng it into your skin. It doesnt leave my face sticky or slimy. It doesnt burn or tingle either. I really havent seen any difference or felt any difference with my skin. Thats why im not giving it a high rating. Bc it doesnt leave my skin hydrated or feeling a y different whatsoever.
