The Hydrating Coconut Gel Sheet Mask from Farmacy is infused with coconut water and is meant to refresh and hydrate skin for visible results in just 15 minutes. It contains ingredients like coconut water and hyaluronic acid for hydration, plant based collagen for firming benefits that promote a more youthful appearance, and cucumber extract to aid in reinforcing the skin’s natural moisture barrier. This mask is paraben-free, synthetic fragrance-free, alcohol-free, phthalate-free, mineral oil-free, silicone-free, sulfate-free, cruelty-free, and pregnancy-safe. CLAIMS: ✔Gel mask fits better ✔Visible results in 15 minutes ✔Hydrating ✔Reinforces skin’s moisture barrier ❓Firming MY EXPERIENCE: This mask has an interesting texture. The essence is thick and white - almost like a lotion. The mask itself is made out of some sort of thin gel but, with it being attached to mesh, it's not very difficult to apply. Once on, I do agree that this type of gel mask does stay on better. It did not slip and slide on my face even a tiny bit during the 15 minutes that I wore it. I'm actually quite impressed - I think that's the first time a mask has actually stayed in place. Once the 15 minutes were up and I removed the mask, I was also pleasantly surprised to see that there wasn't a huge amount of essence left on my skin. It did leave a bit of a tacky feeling once massaged in, but that only lasted for a minute or so. After the tackiness was gone, I noticed that my skin was very soft. It also made my skin look plump and hydrated with a nice glow to it. I really feel like this product measures up to all of the claims made about it except one: firming. I did not notice any firming benefits from this mask, but it could be that the firming benefits are only seen with repeated use. So I will update this review if anything changes in that regard. I also want to mention that, though there are not any synthetic fragrances in this product, there is still a faint natural scent of coconut to the essence. It is very faint but I still wanted to mention it in case someone could be severely allergic to fragrances and scents.
