The Cure is a spot treatment serum and you’re not supposed to use it for the whole face because it is very potent. It is intended for “heavy-lifting” on acne/breakouts, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation. This also feels “spicy” and hot on the skin, so be careful when applying it to the troubled spot. The area of my skin with pimple turned red upon application and feels hot too but it goes away for about 1-2 minutes. I waited for it to be fully absorbed by the skin and then I applied The Serum I. It made my pimple smaller and flatter in 3 days.
