Heynature - august.serenade review for Erseongcho Mask

💚 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗨𝗘 I bought this after I watched Arang’s youtube video. This sheet mask is focusing on soothing and calming effects as it has “Erseongcho” which is “Houttuynia Cordata”. I’m all in! 💚 𝗠𝗬 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 ✍🏼 𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 • I use this either in my AM or PM routine. ✍🏼 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙧/ 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙚 • There were not many sellers selling this brand Heynature and I can only found the cheapest deal which was discounted to RM115+ (USD27+) for 10 pieces, normal price was RM177+ (USD42). • This is the second most expensive sheet mask that I bought, after Round Lab Dokdo Mask. So, of course my expectation was higher or at least on par with my current top favourite sheet masks, which are the Beplain (Cicaful) and Briskin (SOS). ✍🏼 𝙏𝙚𝙭𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚/ 𝙎𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩 • The sheet mask is made from “Hanji” sheet, a natural fiber. • It’s a bit small for my face shape in term of width and length. Usually, I only have length problem since I have an ablong shape face, but in term of width, they will fit just nice or a little bit wider than my face. This one, was lacking both. • No noticeable scent detected. ✍🏼 𝘽𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚/ 𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙝 • Once I take off the sheet mask, the leftover essence was sticky and I noticed that when I blend the leftover, it easily forms a white foam with friction, so need to blend it gently. • After it settled, It’s not greasy but it leaves a sticky feel but as usual, I won’t feel it after I apply moisturiser. ✍🏼 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙡𝙩 • It doesn’t irritate my existing inflammation but no noticeable reduction of redness on inflamed skin, maybe slightly but I just can’t help to compare with other sheet masks that I’ve used before, where the difference was so noticeable. With this sheet mask it’s like a miniscule difference. • Another things to note, it’s a matter of personal preference, I don’t like the sheet material. I just has the feeling that it made my skin suffocated lol, it’s because I’m not used to this kind of sheet material or I’m just paranoia 😂 💚 𝗘𝗣𝗜𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗨𝗘 Would I re-purchase? Sadly, no 🥺. This retail on the higher side and I can’t find better deal at shopee. ✍🏼 𝙎𝙤.. I’ll opt for better result quality sheet mask that retail comparable with this.
