It's a deeply hydrating toner not just a basic one. When I use this I feel my skin noticeably more hydrated and moisturised. I use this after cleansing while my skin is still wet, it helps pull in more moisture into your skin. Layering this toner will not make your skin tacky or sticky, instead it will absorb into your skin nicely and make it very plump. When my skin barrier is damaged this is the toner I go to. No stinging, not even a little.
