torichu review for Brighter Days Exfoliating Toner

I really love this exfo toner. The first 2days I only use this toner, to see whether it works on me or not. Surprisingly, I feel my skin get clearer and brighten. Tho, its an exfo toner, its very gentle and I can use for daily. i dont feel any tingly sensation at all. But I suggest to use it 2-3 times a week for am/ pm routine only. I think this works best by layering with the hydrting toner and any of your favorite brightening serum
