Retinol 0.2% in Squalane
Definitely beginner friendly retinol! This is my first retinol product and I started my retinol journey on my 25th birthday ๐คฃ It did not cause me irritation at all! Even so, I still started introducing it slowly in my routine and shortly after I am able to wear it daily with no issues. My skin typically feels plump and soft the following day. As for acne and anti-aging, I did not notice much effects possibly because it requires more time and this product however has such a short shelf life.
Short PAO! Only good for 3 months after opening and honestly that is not enough time for me or anyone to finish up a retinol product. It's wasteful but I did try to continue using it up on my face and neck although not sure if it's doing any good. Another issue is the packaging. I received a faulty bottle so the dropper cap can't twist fully close! Meaning it's always exposed and if it tips, it will spill. Exposed product is never a good thing so yeah just unlucky ๐
