Niacinaemide review for Niacinamide 5% Toner w Panthenol 1%

This toner is unique because it has 5% niacinamide in it. At 5%, it is scientifically proven that they are effective. Willow bark extract is one of the ingredients too. The texture is watery, it has no scent. The packaging is green bottle that has no issue if it drops on to the floor. The price is very affordable, you should purchase this one. I usually apply this toner after washing my face, as this toner's function is to hydrate your skin (meaning hydrating toner), and layering it with serums after. I use this twice a day, and has no irritation or whatsoever. This toner helps my skin to feel fresh and hydrated (definitely won't be dehydrated), it is very good toner because they give me more moleculs to the skin to absorb. I can see my skin is brighten a little after using this for about 3-4 months (definitely we should be patient).
