The soap was sent to me by the brand to try and share my thoughts about it but rest assured that the review you will read are based on my own experience. I've been using the soap for 2 weeks now so take my review with a grain of salt. I have oily-dehydrated, acne-prone skin and dealing hyperpigmentation. As for my body, it doesn't have any skin diseases and is not really dry. This soap retails for 155 pesos for 50g and is available in Shopee, Lazada, BeautyMNL, Watsons, Zalora and other malls. Also available on their website: https://snailwhiteph.com/ ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: ✨Black Currant Seed Oil ✨Sunflower oil concentrate ✨Snail Potion 💗Claims: 💗 -Moisturizing body soap -Gently cleanses -Helps to restore nutrient-rich hydration -Smoother, softer and glowing skin all over. -Refreshing and cleansing the skin from dirt and excess oil Final Verdict: When I see bar soaps, what comes to my mind first is that it is drying but the SNAILHITE White Soap proved it to me that it is not the case all the time. I really love using this soap for my body. I love that the scent doesn't give me a runny nose and headache, and doesn't make me sneeze. I am also shookt that I can use this on my oily-dehydrated skin. My face feels fine after every wash and love that I didn't experience any irritations from it. The soap does live up to its claims! 💖 I am so happy that I had the opportunity to try this soap. My family also enjoys using the soap! I feel like those who have normal-oilier skin types can try this soap. As for someone with dry/dehydrated skin types, maybe choose a more hydrating and moisturizing soap. MY EXPERIENCE: Body: At first, I thought I was breaking out because of the product because I am getting tiny bumps so I stopped using it for my face until it is healed. But I am consistently using it on my body and I love it! Putting lotion is not really for me unless it is really lightweight and using this soap without applying lotion didn't dry out my skin. It does brighten my skin but as for the dark spots on the body, I don't really have those so I can't attest how effective the soap for lightening marks. The soap has a nice fragrance to it that makes you excited to put all over your body! Face: I recently added the soap again to my skincare routine and this time, it didn't give me those bumps and I figured out that it is because of I'm gonna have a period soon. The soap doesn't cause any tightness on the face but it made it looked matte after washing. I am not a fan of that because my face looks like it ran out of moisture but the solution to it is by bringing back the hydration your skin needs. It definitely brightens up my face after every wash. I am not into using bar soaps on my face so I will use it when I am reaching out for a better cleansing ability. Also, I am not really sure about its pH level and as much as possible, I use low pH ones for my face to avoid disrupting my moisture barrier. Pros: • The soap doesn't melt so fast. • Foams nicely. • Easy to rinse. •It doesn't dry out the skin of your body. • It doesn't make my face tight and dry after continous usage. • The scent is lovely.
