SKIN&LAB - rosegloweuphoria review for [Discontinued] Dr. Troubless Medicica Balancing Toner

This is a very good calming toner if your skin is irritated. It contains all 6 active components of centella asiatica, so you best believe that this does its job at calming the skin. The brand claims this product to be sebum controlling, which I would attribute to the niacinamide. I would say that this toner did regulate my sebum production a bit, but not drastically. This toner also contains lactobionic acid (a PHA that also acts as an antioxidant and humectant) for gentle (and I mean GENTLE) exfoliation, so it is great for those with sensitive skin. I can say that I noticed a very subtle skin-smoothing effect, but nothing that an AHA would provide.
