Tomato Glass Skin Serum Sunscreen SPF 50 PA++
Made with hyaluronic acid (which is a powerful humectant that holds 7x its weight in water), and tomato fruit extracts (reduces risk of sunburn, and stimulates collagen production, amongst others), this product claims to keep the skin protected not only against UVA and UVB rays, but also against blue light - - or indoor light, and light coming from gadgets and appliances. It also claims to lock in moisture, as well.
I love Fresh sunscreens, so of course, I decided to try this out. Here's what I think:
✔️Highly moisturizing. It definitely gives your skin that glassy effect, and the said effect lasts for a good few hours, too.
✔️Love this on its own, or under makeup. Bec it gives that glass skin effect, it makes your skin look "perfect" and polished - - like, your skin but better - - even if you don't use heavy bases. That really works well for me bec if you're going to wear a mask, anyway, it would be better to let your skin breathe and not use heavy foundations, etc. It's kind of like a primer and a base on its own.
✔️I like that they put "blue light protection" on the label because
it's important to remind people that sunscreen is important even indoors.
✔️Very light, almost unnoticeable scent.
✔️I find it easy to reapply, esp on top of liquid or cream blushes. Gives you that fresh and natural glow.
〰️Formula is a bit heavier than their Jeju UV Sunblock (which I miss, btw) and has some tackiness and some white cast at first - - but these settle once the sunscreen sets on your skin. Might be a bit heavy for oily skin, though.
