Lilac Witch Hazel Skin Softening Toner

Noticed immediate brightening affect on my skin. It works better with Vit C maybe but my PIH disaapeared faster than usual plus even out my skin tone. I like it but i guess brand change the formula together with package. Pitty cuz i was going to order this one again.

After application it gives slightly burning and tingling feeling which is not irritating though.
