HeidiD review for Ultra Hyaluronic Toner

This toner is incorporated into my skincare routine after facial wash step, both day and night. It has colorless, watery texture with a pleasant scent. It’s a little bit sticky at first but my skin feels refresh and really soft. As I have dry skin, I guess I can double layer this toner in the winter to add extra hydrating. For now, it certainly shows benefits and makes my skin long-lasting smoother.
