The toner is perfect for hydration. The bottle is similar in color to I'm from mugwort The texture is very runny, used for several layers, it doesn't get sticky. No smell. It contains ceramide, mugwort (last order) and cica. It claims to be for protection, hydration, skin texture, antioxidants and wrinkles. I feel the hydration and calming results when I see it.
