I normally using this once or twice a week after cleansing my face. It's really feels clean after you wash off the scrub, but this is not something i would recommend for weak skin barrier like me since if you srub it to hard your face will become red. Other than that, all skin types can use this. It doesn't feels irritated. It's alsod doesn't have noticeable smell. Considering the price this is really affordable and works effectively for exfoliating.
