Tarte’s Sea Glowtion Skin Perfector was inspired by the magical glow effect of bioluminescence and gives the skin a lot from within natural luminous glow. With its 4-in-1 formula it primes, perfects, and enhances with skin-loving ingredients. The bio-lumi blend helps create a better bare skin look while micronized pearls catch and reflect light to help blur imperfections. Formulated with: - Ceramides helps to lock in moisture to prevent dryness and irritation - Niacinamide helps reduce the appearing fine lines and dullness - Birch Water helps to hydrate and purify the skin - Marine Plants Extract is rich of nutrients that helps to tone and soften the skin while also being anti-inflammatory and having antibiotic properties - Prickly Pear Extract helps diminish signs of aging and improve overall complexion I found it odd upon opening that the color is copper, like a new penny, since it doesn’t really advertise that it’s that tinted. I have light to medium tone and while this didn’t leave me with an orange tint many who are fair to light have said it did. So be cautious if you have a fair-light tone. Glowtion is advertised to give you a dewy look but this gave me nothing of the sort. It did help even out my tone and blur most of my pores but it sunk into fine lines around mouth making them more noticeable. My combination skin looked extremely oily and shiny within an hour of use. Even using as just a primer with my usual foundation the oiliness came through. Unfortunately this just didn’t work for me and will be passed on to a friend.
