alexxxx review for Peach Pudding Makeup Cleanser

This cleansing balm is pretty decent for the price ($9.99 on Ulta.com in USA). 🍑 Description: Claims to “gently and thoroughly dissolve makeup & impurities to reveal skin that looks & feels silky and hydrated.” Contains peach extract which is full of vitamins & antioxidants as well as a jojoba olive macadamia complex which hydrates without clogging pores and helps to balance skin’s natural oils. Also noted: ✔️ leaping bunny certified ✔️ CONTAINS ZERO sulfates, fragrances, dyes, parabens, formadehyde, alcohol, sulfates, mineral oils or silicones! ✨ My opinion.. As I said above, it’s quite nice considering the price point. For $9.99 I was a bit worried that it wouldn’t do much cleansing and I also figured I would be left with that dreaded oily feel after rinsing, however I was pleasantly surprised to find zero leftover residue! It is generally unscented and the consistency reminds me of a typical body lotion… creamier and not as thick as most cleansing balms I am used to. (My “test” for cleansing balms and oils and anything claiming use for makeup removal is to first use my Garnier Micellar water on a cotton pad to get the majority of everything off, THEN I will use cleansing balm as directed -and as step #1 of my nightly double cleansing routine. After rinsing and BEFORE 2nd cleanser, I always grab a white towel to dry my face with.. focusing on my eyes & areas where makeup tends to hide after rinsing such as in and around ears, under chin, and along hairline. Obviously, what the towel looks like afterwards as well as how my skin feels determines how I would rate the product.) I gave this 4/5 stars because everything was great.. HOWEVER, after drying my face, I did have a small amount of mascara & a little bit of foundation color left on towel… but I should note the majority of foundation was cleaned thoroughly, this small amount was from behind my ears & hairline.. so the “hidden” areas I mentioned. My face was left feeling nice and somewhat soft but nothing spectacular .. definitely was not drying so that was a plus overall.
