If you suffer from body breakouts, just be careful to run the bar under lukewarm water so the first layer of product can come off and wash off building bacteria. Because it’s a bar form cleanser bacteria can grow on it and cause breakouts, but this is easily avoidable with the rinsing method as said before and throwing your wash cloth in the laundry to stay fresh. I would recommend the liquid body wash version of this formula if the bar is too inconvenient for you.
