At first, I did not appreciate this product. After using it more and more, I grew to love this under makeup as a primer! It has almost a glue-like texture/consistency that’s sticky upon first application. After 30 secs. to a minute, I start my makeup application. I find that makeup does mattify with this underneath and makes it last so much longer than without this primer. This has SPF 15 PA++
