The best toner that I've ever tried. Jinca neomu cheowaeyooo. Really love this. As it named, it kept our skin to be stay toned. I love the ingredients: licorice, mulberry, centella asiatica, aloe. It is fragrance free, alcohol free, and fungal acne friendly. I guess this is the first toner from Indonesia that I really like because the quality of it. It's common to find fragrance on Indonesia toner products. Hence, I feel happy when I found Hale. I probably will go back to this one. The texture is light watery. First, I pour it on my hand. Then, spread it all over my face. It easily absorbs to the skin. Afterward, when it is already absorbed, I still feel the hydration on my skin. That's why it called as stay toned. It is not sticky but hydrated. Even h*d* l*b* toner for oily skin couldn't win this hydration competition for me.
