tulipssy review for Nofilter Make-Up Remover Hydrating with Aloe Vera

Mine is Refreshing, not hydrating. I love the foamy texture, it’s very light but at the same time, it cleanse your face very well. This cleanser is 3-in-1 which act as makeup remover, cleanser and toner as well. It rich with sunflower seed oil, vitamin E and glycerin. The smell is a bit unpleasant for me. But overall, I kinda like using it. I would consider to repurchase it again.
