I purchased this (just as a single item - not sure why it says 3 pack on the title, but in any case..) skincare treatment mask at my local Cub Foods, which does actually (might or might not come as a surprise to some of you) have a somewhat decent sized portion of multicultural products in their self care aisle/area, such as shampoos, conditioners, essential oils, moisturizers, skin masks such as this one, and a few other types of self care items too. I decided to give this mask a try due to the fact that it mentioned that it is meant to help with skin clarity, purifying effects, and brightening. I found it to do all of the above for me, both when I used it last night as well as this evening (finished using it today not too long ago - within the last half hour or so). Additionally, I noticed that the ingredients list on the back of the package seemed fairly minimal (which to me actually, tends to be a good thing in skincare sometimes) and all seemed to be completely natural ingredients; nothing in the list looked obscure at all - much better compared to the whole book if strange chemical names listed on the back of a lot of skincare products these days. Anyhow, I left it on for approx. 20 minutes because a website I looked at about properties of glycerin in skincare (glycerin is the first listed ingredient) mentioned that they suggest leaving glycerin based skincare on your skin for 15-20 minutes max before removing (as well as a number of other things such as advising people to use it as a nighttime skin treatment as it can cause sone sensitivity to sunlight. Anyways, I feel like it worked *really* well for me in terms of improving my skin's texture and clarity quite a bit, as well as tightening or minimizing troublesome stuff with pores, even just after the first use. First (and second) impression is that this skin mask is all around pretty awesome! I'll mention that when using this mask yesterday, it seemed to have caused a little noticeable tingling to my cheek areas for the first maybe couple minutes or so at most. I have combination skin where my cheeks tend to be somewhat on the sensitive side these days. It was nothing to uncomfortable and died down fairly soon. This was not even the case when I used the mask today this evening, simply deciding to use a somewhat thinner layer on my face, overall. The article I mentioned suggested for people with specific areas of sensitive skin, you could try diluting it a little - with water or rose oil before applying. 😊💗 Overall, seems to me a very good product. The instructions that come with it suggest using it up to 2-3 times a week, which seems to have already been very helpful to the overall appearance and I believe most likely also health of my skin. In the attached 'before use' picture my hair is wet from having shampooed prior to taking the picture (in the after pictures, my hair is dry and I am wearing a bathrobe). My forehead is naturally pretty...long I suppose, you could say...which I don't particularly like but I tried to include a decent portion of my forehead on the pictures as well, to show people the effects it had on that area of my skin today, as well. I would suggest using this product very lightly if at all on areas of skin that tend to be characteristically very oily for you throughout the day - for me, my nose is the area of my skin that becomes like that the worst for me every day, at various points in the day. :/ Apart from that, this is a product that I would recommend very highly if you are looking for a skin clarifying/purifying and brightening mask that does all three of those things quite well *and* is pretty affordable (I got mine for only around $6 I believe, maybe even slightly less).
