The texture of this toner is super watery but surprisingly this is so hydrating. After applying on the skin, it feels a lil bit tacky but after they're absorb into the skin no more tackiness left. I like using this toner with Hyaluronic Acid serum, this combo makes your skin well hydrate, plumpy like a mochi.
