NEWBIE - skinwithbes review for Hydrating Glow Essence

Though the name is an essence, I used this in my serum step because of how lightweight yet viscous it is — sinks instantly into the skin, leaving a matte finish. It does not have any weird scent, even the usual funky "exfoliant" scent — glue-like — which is great for me because that scent can be quite off-putting. The first week trying this, I was kind of disappointed because I could not experience any sort of "exfoliation" experience — no radiance & brighten complexion or even tingling sensation — and I thought this was too gentle for me. The hydration & soothing effect were decently nice and more of complementary effects but it was not until mid-second-week when I started to notice some changes on my skin. My skin complexion slowly evened out, hyperpigmentation did not appear as harsh as it used to be and my skin also looks decongested & appears pore-less. I was quite shocked because 1-2 drops every other day in a week give me such amazing results. Thoroughly enjoyed using it!
