Cicaronic Toning Essence

I used this essence toner from february to april 2021, and didnt repurchase it. Nothing bad happened, I also can feel how it hydrate my skin, but thats it, only hydrate. The texture is watery, but it takes time to absorb, and make my skin so damp, and I m not the fans of it. For 220mL product in beautifull green plastic bottle, the price in standard range for me IDR 140-180k (around 12$).

Even it contains my holygraill inggredients which is centella extract, but I can’t feel the soothing and calming efect optimally from this toning essence. That’s why I m not repurchase it.
